Cancellation Policy – Earthenstore

At Earthenstore, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. This Cancellation Policy outlines when and how orders can be canceled on our platform.
1. Order Cancellation Eligibility
Customers may cancel an order only under the following conditions:
- The order status is “Pending”
- The payment method selected is Cash on Delivery (COD)
If both conditions are met, the customer is eligible to cancel the order directly from their account.
2. Non-Cancellable Orders
Orders cannot be canceled if:
- The order status has changed from “Pending” to:
- Confirmed
- Processing
- Shipped
- Delivered
- The payment method used is:
- Credit/Debit Card
- Mobile Money
- Wallet or any prepaid method
Such orders may instead follow the Return & Refund Policy where applicable.
3. How to Cancel an Order
To cancel an eligible order:
- Log into your Earthenstore account
- Go to My Orders
- Select the order with “Pending” status
- Click Cancel Order and confirm
Once canceled, the order will not be processed further.
4. Vendor Rights
Vendors reserve the right to:
- Proceed with order processing once the status changes from “Pending”
- Decline cancellation requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria
5. Earthenstore Rights
Earthenstore may:
- Cancel any order due to system errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud
- Restrict cancellation privileges in cases of misuse or repeated cancellations
6. Refunds for Canceled Orders
- For Cash on Delivery orders, no payment is collected at the time of cancellation
- For prepaid orders, cancellation is not allowed once placed. Refunds (if applicable) will follow the Refund Policy
7. Policy Updates
Earthenstore reserves the right to update this Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected with the updated date.
